Test your clinical reasoning skills in a realistic virtual patient simulation experience and compete against fellow medical students nationwide.

• Medical Students
• Free for AMSA Members

Registration Deadline
📅 July 24, 2026, at 11:59 PM ET

Challenge Timeline

Practice Round
📅 July 27 – August 9, 2026

• Complete two practice cases
• Learn the platform and simulation format
• Unlimited opportunities to practice

Final Assessment
📅 August 10 – August 20, 2026

• Complete the official challenge case
• Approximately 20 minutes
• Performance scored by Full Code

• Hotel accommodations and convention registration for AMSA's Future Physicians for Change (FP4C) Annual Convention in Washington, DC (December 10–12, 2026)
