Stephanie B. is an M2 medical student at Saint James School of Medicine in Saint Vincent and the Grenadines. She graduated from Norfolk State University in Norfolk, Virginia, with a Bachelor’s degree in nursing and a Master’s degree in nursing administration and Business from New Mexico State University and Walden University respectively. With a background as a veteran and former ICU nurse, Stephanie is keenly aware of the importance of addressing racial disparities in healthcare. She believes that systemic racism among providers and patients leads to significant economic challenges and barriers to accessing care.

Driven by her commitment to diversity and inclusion, Stephanie aims to make a positive impact on healthcare, both locally and globally. Her academic achievements demonstrate her dedication to clinical care, healthcare leadership, and administration. Beyond her professional pursuits, Stephanie finds joy in reading, traveling, and is eager to learn to play the cello.
