Lenard Phillips

My name is Lenard Phillips, III and I am elated to serve as the Operations Manager for AMSA.

In my 10+ years of Operations Management experience, I have had the opportunity to exercise my passions of Process Development, Continuous Improvement and most of all, Developing Teams and Individuals. I have always lived by a personal quote of “My level of success will be reflected by those that do not have my reflection.”  I enjoy exercising my passions and using my skills to contribute to the vision and continued growth of this prestigious organization.

Hailing from Louisiana, I graduated from Southern University and A&M College with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and specializing in Supply Chain Management.

Outside of AMSA, I enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, community development projects, advocacy work, traveling (especially to tropical areas), and landscape photography.
