Alex is a third-year medical student at Rush Medical College, and received a bachelor’s degree in Human Development from Cornell University. In his M1 year, he served as President for the AMSA chapter at Rush, actively contributing to projects that aimed to enhance healthcare quality and affordability. Alex’s primary mission is to empower fellow medical students to address healthcare disparities and foster collaboration for a more equitable healthcare system. As the Vice President of Membership, he is committed to inspiring and supporting medical students, with a focus on increasing chapter involvement, developing innovative events that can be replicated across all AMSA chapters, and forging strong connections with local chapters. During his downtime, he enjoys skiing, playing the guitar, and watching his favorite football team, the New York Giants.
