Action Committee on Education

Welcome to one of AMSA's newest working teams, originating from an overhaul and reorganization of our existing action committees. The Education Team is dedicated to transforming the medical profession from the inside, by assessing gaps in medical education, advocating for curricular reform, building student leadership in academic medicine, and providing opportunities for students to enhance their education. The team will consist of leadership representing the following areas of medical education:

  • Culture of Medicine
  • Student Life
  • Community and Environmental Health
  • Global Health
  • Gender and Sexuality
  • Race, Ethnicity and Culture in Health
