The deadline for room reservations at the special conference rate is May 1, 2024, for general attendees. Any reservation requests submitted beyond this date will be subject to availability and may incur rates as per the hotel’s current pricing. The negotiated rate for the conference is $180.00 per night for a King room, excluding applicable taxes and fees, with occupancy of up to four individuals per room.
