Pooja Amin

Pooja Amin is a 2nd year medical student at Des Moines University. She is passionate about mental health and student well being and is excited to be the programming chair for the WSL committee. She aims to help de-stigmatize seeking help for mental health care by opening up the dialogue for difficult conversations as well as creating a community in which students feel safe to express their need for change to cultivate better work life balance in the medical field as a trainee.
