Hannah Tramontano is a third-year medical student from Rhode Island currently studying at The Alabama College of Osteopathic Medicine. She received her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a concentration in Neuroscience from UMass Amherst. She is very passionate about the mental health field and served as the Chair of her school’s Mental Health Awareness Task Force. She also served on AMSA’s AIDS Advocacy Network Committee as well as being the Co-Chair of her local AMSAs Community Service Committee. She is currently serving as the Secretary/Recruitment Chair of the D.O. Advisory board, helping to spread awareness regarding Osteopathic Principles and Practices. She enjoys giving back to the community and has helped organize multiple fundraisers throughout her time at ACOM. She hopes to pursue a career in Psychiatry and to continue working with underserved populations.
