Hannah is currently a second-year medical student at The Ohio State University College of Medicine. She earned her B.S. in Biological Sciences and B.A. in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies from Wright State University in 2018. Hannah has been involved with AMSA since helping to found an undergraduate chapter at Wright State, and has previously served as Women’s Programming Coordinator on the Gender & Sexuality action committee and as Advocacy Coordinator for the Wellness & Student Life action committee. When she found AMSA, Hannah found a community of future physicians who care deeply about creating positive change and making health care more equitable and humane for patients and physicians alike. She believes that AMSA’s emphasis on advocacy is essential for shaping the kind of physician we need–the kind who uses their collective voice to advocate for patients. Hannah is passionate about reproductive justice, physician and student mental health, and access to health care.
