Pratishtha Chhabra, MS
Pratishtha (Priyam) is a first-year medical student at Lincoln Memorial University-Debusk College of Osteopathic Medicine. A Seattle native, she attended the University of Washington where she was awarded the Mary Gates Scholarship for excellence in Research as an undergraduate. She recently finished her Masters in Anatomical Sciences and is currently the founding President of the AMSA Chapter at her medical school.
Ranking third in the nation for speed policy debate in college, she continues her passion for social justice, political advocacy, women’s rights, and preventative health care as a 2017 Paul Ambrose Scholar as well as the AMSA student representative to the NBME. In her free time, Priyam likes to Bhangra dance, collect books for her booklist, and explore new cities.
