The American Medical Student Association believes that all lives matter, everyone is deserving of their basic human rights no matter their race, ethnicity, sex, religious beliefs, or sexual orientation. This is an organization that is committed to the health of all of our future patients.
Yesterday’s meaningful demonstrations have proven that physicians-in-training have a voice, an impact, and will not sit silently in the face of any perceived injustice. Our members send a message to the world that we will not back down.
Activism is the lifeblood of AMSA and it is evident that this still runs strong in our veins.
