FLIP! Fitness, Lifestyle, Initiative Program

Empowering medical students to address personal wellness

Educate and motivate your classmates to stay fit, eat healthy and pass these teachings on to their patients! We’ve taken the guess work (and most of the work) out of it. This all inclusive project-in-a-box shows you how and provides you with:

  • FLIP! Cards
  • These indispensable, handy, dandy whitecoat-sized pocket cards are a comprehensive healthy living cheat sheet with a nutrition, exericise and BMI references. You’ll wonder how you got along before you had them.
  • FLIP ‘em over and track YOUR own personal habits.
  • Print them out, laminate, and fold them for distribution to your class to help them take charge of their own diet and exercise

  • FLIP! Manual: Included in the manual are
  • How to setup a medical student health event at school
  • Obesity talking points
  • A sample petition for you to edit and for your administration to sign

  • Sample fliers for you to edit and use to advertise to your school!
  • Flyer 1 (PowerPoint)
  • Flyer 2 (PowerPoint)

  • A brief PowerPoint Presentation that you can customize for your school
