Every family deserves health care they can count on for a lifetime.
People shouldn’t risk losing their life savings when they develop an illness.
Physicians and patients, not insurance companies, should make patient care decisions.
We need to put our leaders to work for taxpayers again.
AMSA believes that everyone should have access to quality, affordable health care.

CA Activists Take It to the Streets for Single Payer

On January 28, 2008, 400 future health professionals from all over the state gathered in Sacramento to rally and lobby for SB840.
