Summary of project We got together with a local embroidery service in town and offered to embroider students names on their white coats to personalize them. We collected them right before the holiday break, they were embroidered over the holiday and returned to students the first day back.

Project advertising We placed signs up around the classrooms, and sent emails. I think it would have been better to use word of mouth, especially from people who did it last year and were pleased with the result.

Comments It really helps having a coat that has already been embroidered so that people know what it will look like so if this is a new event for you, i would recomment having the coordinator get their coat done ahead of time to have it on display. Also, pick a ne
