| Project advertising | We put up fliers all over the campus for advertising, especially in science-subject related building. It worked great! Also, make sure to place fliers at the local Kaplan center. |

| Lessons/suggestions | The auction was opened to whole campus and that made it very successful event. Also, local Kaplan chapter is on campus in the student union of our school so they had fliers in their office to hand them out to students who came into register for the class. The auction was opened for 2 weeks. It is important to have a good relationship with Kaplan Center since they were the greatest help in advertising this event. |
| ADDITIONAL COMMENTS | |
| Comments | The website I used to post was "thefreeauction.com" and it was free to register, post and what not. My flier had a name of website, auction number, and keyword they can put into search the auction easily. Also, original price of class and we started bidding from $900 and $50 increment so cost can go up pretty high up. As long as you have 2 people bidding each other, it is successful!! |
