| Summary of project | A panel of doctors, physical therapists and nurses came to our medical school to answer high school students' questions about their careers, how to prepare, what education is required, etc. This was a great forum for underserved minorities to get exposure to role models. |

| Lessons/suggestions | Prepare WAYYY in advance-- it's really difficult coordinating everyone's schedule and also requires a great deal of e-mailing back and forth to the different panelists to make sure they can all come at the same time. |
