| Summary of project | Week long events leading up to World AIDS Day 2007 supporting PEPFAR reform. Support will include: soliciting to the unveristy student body for call-ins to one of the 2008 presidential candidates on the designated mass call-in days; selling HIV/AIDS-inpsired ribbons during the week prior to World AIDS Day 2007 of which proceeds will be donated to one of the global funding HIV/AIDS programs; displaying an information table on campus during the week prior to World AIDS Day 2007; promoting World AIDS Day 2007 rally participation; and, organizing participants attending the World AIDS Day 2007 rally in San Francisco, CA. |

| Lessons/suggestions | I did not learn about the event until one month prior to World AIDS Day 2007, and because of such short notice was not able to do as much promotion as I wanted. Thus said, I will peruse the AMSA website on a regular basis for such events. |
