Lessons/suggestions The key to the bbq was not entirely advertising, but timing. Timing is key. The best hours to sell are from about 11:45AM to 1:30PM. People who are volunteering should be concentrated in those hours. Also, bulk of the food should be on the grill cooki

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Comments Have one person taking money and telling people the orders. Those who are assembling the order should also keep track of who they are selling to. This should hopefully get people their food as quickly as possible during the high traffic hours.
