Summary of project Meeting with AMSA members and others to discuss SB840, Universal Health Care, and to address the beliefs and misconceptions surrounding these two controversial ideas. We prepared handouts on the bill and came up with plans of action build support for the SB840.

Lessons/suggestions We want to build enthusiasm about universal health care. I think next time, we'll have a panel of the uninsured...having some people come and talk about their challenges in receiving health care.

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS
Comments For premed chapters....its tough to get attendence for things like this without some sort of draw...such as med students who can share their views. We'll be including that next time.
