| Lessons/suggestions | We should have put flyers up earlier. Also, we started at 3:30pm. A lot of the undergrad classes start on the hour-mark only. |

| Comments | Putting up flyers may be more effective than emailing, but one has to do it early. (possibly in two rounds) |
