Project advertising We had email campaigns, flyers on campus, coverage by the campus newspaper (ads), and word-of-mouth announcements in classrooms with high percent of premeds.

Lessons/suggestions If collaborating with other student groups to put on an event of this magnatude (which we did in this case), be sure there is a system of accountability with the other organizations. AMSA ended up forking over almost all of the time and the cash for the e

Comments Its important to remember the goal of an event like this: to help people find their passions and to help activate people toward those passions. Many people managed to find that "thing" that they can sink their teeth into and truly devote themselves to...a
