Summary of project This project was the biggest social event planned for first semester. Basically it was a play off of the German festival "Octoberfest." We cooked a lot of homemade Chili, potato pancakes, and apple strudel and then we grilled out bratwurst at the site. We held it on a Friday night from 6-8:30pm so that we could roast s'mores too. We had the game bags going and we brought a basketball and a glow in the dark frisbee for stuff to do. We also raffled off prizes that were donated to us from local restaurants, bookstores, and coffee shops.

Success rating
(1 = unsuccesful, 5 = very successful)
Lessons/suggestions The one downside was the cold. We had a fire which helped but I would have it about 2 weeks earlier to keep it a bit warmer.
