Summary of project Technology in Medicine Tours gave premedical students the opportunity to tour several local medical facilities. The tours offered this past year were tours of a local OR, a life-like, robotic, Human Simulator used to train Anesthesiologists, and some of the biggest NMR magnets in the world at UF's McKnight Brain Institute.

Lessons/suggestions These tours helped to open the eyes of premedical students to some interesting topics in various specialties of medicine. This chapter set-up these tours through each facility's volunteer coordinator or manager.
