Project advertising We tabled at the student union a few times over the summer and fall. Also, we sent out e-mails through pre-med listservs, made banners, and passed out fliers.

Lessons/suggestions Contacting the medical schools early is very important. Also, make sure to keep in touch with them, as many tend to forget about deadlines. Also, secure the speakers and location first. That will make everything a lot easier.
