| Summary of project | We collected 60-70 healthy and quick recipes from students and faculty at AMC and compiled them into a healthy cookbook. We wanted students to know that they can make healthy meals for themselves that are quick and easy, as opposed to purchasing fast food. |

| Lessons/suggestions | This was a WONDERFUL fundraiser b/c we raised a decent amount of money, but, more importantly, increased awareness of healthy eating habits! The cookbook was purchased by students and faculty alike, and we are confident that the recipes will help encourage healthy eating habits. =) |
