Summary of project A panel of four speakers (a physician, an ethicist, and two transsexual individuals) expressed their views on the challenges faced by transgender patients in a medical setting. This was followed by a Q & A session with the audience.

Lessons/suggestions As usual for a lunchtime meeting, lunch was served, which I believe helps increase attendance. Everyone seemed very interested; I think the two transsexual individuals had the greatest impact as they put a very human face on an otherwise abstract ethical
