| Summary of project | On national Pharm-Free day, our chapter raised awareness about AMSA's pharm-free platform by offering free sandwiches at lunch time in exchange for pens, post-its and other drug company freebie paraphernalia. In addition to sandwiches, we provided informative material on the ethical issues involved with accepting free meals and other gifts from pharmaceutical companies. In addition we sent participants home with a comprehensive list of non-biased resources for the latest drug research. |
