| Summary of project | Our chapter collected books from second, third, and fourth year students and first year residents to sell for them at a large sale. Our chapter kept 25% of the profit of each sale and returned 75% to the seller. We sold the used books for three days, with the first being only for AMSA members and the opportunity to join at the door. Great project for a team to work on together! Students gave great comments about how useful the sale was and many students joined AMSA to shop. |

| Lessons/suggestions | Organization is important! We used seller contracts, carbon receipts, spreadsheets, etc. to make sure everything remained accounted for. We held 3 days of drop off times for sellers and 2 days for remaining book and check pick up. Email us if you are interested in this project and would like more details.
