The Rural Policy Research Institute (RUPRI) conducts policy-relevant research and facilitates public dialogue to assist policy-makers in understanding the rural impacts of public policies and programs. Many policies, which are not explicitly "rural policies," nevertheless, have substantial implications for rural areas, and RUPRI is dedicated to understanding and articulating these implications.
