ORGANIZE A PDA PACKAGE COOP FOR YOUR AMSA CHAPTER & RAISE FUNDS

A PDA co-op is an easy way to provide a great benefit to your members and raise $7.50 per unit sold for chapter programs. Volume sales also qualify chapter reps for valuable rewards like free PDAs.

If your local chapter does not already have a Co-op set up to sell the AMSA PDA Packages, consider becoming the chapter coordinator for your school and help raise funds for your AMSA Chapter!

As chapter coordinator, you will help promote the AMSA PDA Package on your campus and coordinate group purchases for AMSA members and others. In return for your work, your AMSA chapter will be provided with extra fundraising money as a thank you. See flyer for more details.

To sign up, first obtain the permission of your AMSA Chapter President or appropriate AMSA chapter officer. Then have your AMSA chapter officer fill out the form below. Alternatively, fill out the form yourself without the chapter officer AMSA ID and have the chapter officer contact AMSA Member Services at members@amsa.org to verify you as the "AMSA PDA Coop Chapter Coordinator." IMPORTANT: your chapter officer must include his or her AMSA 6-digit ID, as well as your name, when notifying Member Services. Once AMSA Member Services has received verification from your chapter officer, PDAMD will contact you with the necessary materials for your chapter coop PDA sale.
