Mission

• To demonstrate a firm commitment to embracing diversity at NCNM, by providing resources, support, and a friendly community for queer medical students, staff, faculty, patients and applicants. • To advocate for queer patients by supporting the inclusion of queer health issues in medical school curricula. • To improve the quality of patient care through physician sensitivity training. • To support queer medical students by providing a safe and supportive environment, advocating for their rights against discrimination, and providing resources to make their medical education a positive experience.

Premed Applicant Information

No amount of written information can fully convey what it is like to be a student at National College of Natural Medicine. Certainly, visiting NCNM’s web site and telephone contact (503) 552-1660 are great ways to get acquainted with NCNM.

The best way to explore a future with NCNM is to visit the campus through the Student for a Day Program or to arrange an individual campus visit.
