Mission

To promote the health of LGBT physicians via the education of health care students and health care professionals and to promote the acceptance of LGBT health care students, physicians, and other health care professionals by increasing awareness among medical and lay communities of our presence and by supporting anti-discrimination measures which will enable LGBT physicians to practice medicine for the benefit of society. In addition, we seek to provide support to LGBT health care students, physicians, and other health care professionals by offering a safe atmosphere for socialization and by respecting the needs of many LGBT professionals for privacy and confidentiality.

LGBT Events

  • Speaker, Dave Pallone presents "Whose Really On First" - Sept. 20th & 21st, 2007
    Dave Pallone worked 18 years as a professional umpire; 10 of those years with the National Baseball League. As the third youngest umpire in baseball history, he demonstrated courage, professionalism and the ability to withstand adversity through many of baseball's high profile controversial events.
