AMSA is thrilled to provide presentations from Dr. Melanie Otis from the UK College of Social Work, Mr. Brett Short from the UK privacy office and others speaking on gay and lesbian/same-sex partner issues as they pertain to today's healthcare climate. Following our speakers' presentations there will be plenty of time for panel and audience discussion.

Contact: Chris Garnett We are hosting the first of many gatherings for LGBT and ally pre-health students who would like to learn what it takes to become a dental, public health, nursing, medical, pharmacy, or health sciences student at UK. Representatives from various colleges will be on hand to meet and greet, and food will be provided. All undergraduates who are thinking about a health career are invited to stop by.
