"HuMed Is"

a community of healers and healers in training where you are seen for the light within your soul rather than the exterior of your year in school, race, age, academic standing, gender, etc. Humed is a place where you are loved and accepted equally regardless if you are a premed student or have finished your MD PhD. The spirit of Humed brings the HEART and the ART back to medicine and transforms medicine into a sacred practice where patients are seen beyond their diseases and physicians are able to practice true healing from the depth of their soul. In the circle of humed, everyone is loved, everyone is heard, and everyone is both unique and equal. Humed is a community of kindred spirits where the passion for healing and the bonds of loving friendship create magical moments that ignite the memory of why we have come to this life and remind us that we are not alone.
