Peter's Meditation

I want to leave you all with a meditation which was inspired by the retreat:

As we return to our daily lives, the forces that be attempt to shrink down our view of who we are, who we are connected to and loved by, and what is possible every day.

So I propose this practice:

Sit in a comfortable position...smile

Breath in and know that we all are breathing at this very moment
Breath out and smile to our tribe

Breath in and remember that you are special
Breath out and know that you are loved very much

Breath in and know that our gathering are very real and are not a dream
Breath out and know that we will be coming together again soon

Breath in and feel your heart
Breath out and smile to your beautiful hearts

Please take a few more breaths to enjoy the feeling of breaths flowing
in and out... and remember to smile :)

I hope that you feel a more balanced connection between your heart and mind, your body in everyday life and your body on retreat.
