10th Annual AMSA Medical School Fair Registration

Thank you for taking an interest in AMSA's 10th Annual Medical School Fair, the premier event for premedical students from around the country to speak directly with medical school representatives.

To reserve a spot for your medical school with an AMSA chapter or post-bac school with an AMSA chapter, please register for this event by March 15, 2008.

Here are the details of the fair:

Date: Saturday, March 15, 2008 (as part of AMSA's 58th Annual Convention)
Hotel: Hyatt Regency Houston
City: Houston, TX
Time: 5:30-8:00 pm (student/administrator set-up is 4:00-5:30 pm)
Cost: Register for $99
What to bring: Recruitment materials, banner (no more than 6' in width, as this is the size of the table) and lots of energy!

You are encouraged to have both administrators AND students (preferably AMSA chapter officers) representing your school at this event. We do request each school representative sign up for the event (see below) to ensure a spot will be available.

If shipping boxes to the Hyatt Regency Houston, please address your boxes as follows:

Hyatt RegencyHouston
Your Name - "Guest" arriving March XX (fill in the date)

As the hotel has very limited storage facilities, shipments received prior to the 3 days will be returned.

Any package being shipped OUT of the hotel must be prepaid, addressed, labeled and ready for mailing.

There is a labor charge for receiving, storing and transporting boxes to or from meeting/exhibit locations.

Below are the prices for packages, boxes and pallets shipped to and from the hotel. Boxes will be held in the hotel's receiving department and a message will be left for the guest. Currently guest will be charged $5.00 per box/$30.00 per pallet for each incoming box. This includes 3 business days of free storage. *prices subject to change

Finally, if you would like to participate in or sponsor any other premedical events at the 2008 Annual Convention (e.g. an information session or dinner for interested students), please contact Carol Clarke.

Don't forget to register your school ASAP and we'll see you there!
