AMSA Annual Convention Forms
Please use the following forms/applications to prepare for the AMSA's
Annual Convention.
- Convention
Registration
- The deadline to register online has passed. To register onsite, download a registration form and bring it completed with payment (cash, check, Visa, MasterCard or American Express) to the registration booths at the Hyatt Regency Houston. AMSA's Convention onsite registration hours are:

- Submit a Resolution Online
- The resolutions deadline has passed. If you have a resolution
that you would like to introduce, and it is of emergent nature,
please contact one of AMSA's Trustees-at-Large:

- Jr. Trustee-at-Large, Lauren

- Review the resolutions that will be debated in the 2008 House
of Delegates.

- Reference Committee Application
and Credentials/Nominations Committee
Application
- The deadline for submissions has passed; these committees
have been filled.

- Election Application
- Apply to serve on the 2008-09 board of trustees. Final deadline
to announce candidacy is on Friday, March 14, 2008 at 12:30 pm.

- To apply for an international associate trustee
or premedical regional director position, click

- Medical Student Delegate Form
- Medical students may sit and vote on the House of Delegates
floor so be sure your school is represented. Have your chapter
officer complete this form and have it postmarked by February
15, 2008. After this date, you will need to register onsite
at convention with either trustee-at-large, Jennifer Jackson
or Lauren Hughes, prior to the HOD first business session.

- International Medical Student
Delegate Form
- International students may sit and vote on the House of Delegates
floor so be sure your school is represented. Have your chapter
officer complete this form and have it postmarked by February
15, 2008. After this date, you will need to register onsite
at convention with either trustee-at-large, Jennifer Jackson
or Lauren Hughes, prior to the HOD first business session.

- 13th Annual AMSA Poster Session
- The deadline for submitting abstracts has now passed. If you have questions regarding your existing submission, please contact vieng_r@amsa.org.

- 10th Annual AMSA Medical School
Fair
- Medical and international students... take part in providing
premedical students with the opportunity to speak one-on-one
with medical and international school representatives. Register
your school for $99 by the deadline of March 15, 2008.

- 5th Annual Art Exhibition
- Medicine is a blend of art and science. This year AMSA is
fostering the Art of Medicine by hosting the fifth annual student
Art Exhibition at national convention! Have any poetry or short
stories you'd like to share? Any paintings? Do you play an instrument,
perform verse or dance? If you are planning to come to convention
and you have creativity you'd like to share, please enter
your submission for AMSA's 5th Annual Art Exhibition.
