COC REGISTRATION FEES COVER:

Hotel accommodations will be made for you (four attendees of the same gender to a room) if you return your registration form BEFORE the deadline date of June 16, 2008. Accommodations will be available for Thursday, Friday and Saturday nights, but you MUST specify your arrival and departure dates and times on the registration form above.

Conference materials and meals. Conference materials will be handed out at the on-site registration table on Friday, July 18. Conference meals include: Friday: breakfast, lunch and dinner; and Saturday: breakfast and lunch.
