Register for the convention online, by mail or on-site.
Registration Fees include:
- Admittance to all on-site programs, events and exhibit hall
- Meeting materials (to be picked up at onsite registration – see below for times)
- Continental breakfast on Friday and Saturday
- Light Lunch on Friday and Saturday
- Official convention t-shirt (guaranteed for early bird registrants only)

For immediate confirmation of your registration, register online. Online registration is available through Event Brite. All credit card transactions are subject to a processing fee.
Register by Mail
If you would prefer to register via mail, print out the registration form, enclose payment and mail to AMSA; Attn: Convention Registration; 1902 Association Drive; Reston, VA 20191. All credit card transactions will be processed through Event Brite. Processing fees apply. Visit http://amsa2010.eventbrite.com for processing fees. Envelopes must be postmarked by Feb. 8 in order to be eligible for early-bird pricing. After Feb. 8, regular pricing applies. All registrations sent via mail must be received no later than Feb. 19. After Feb. 19, please bring your form and payment to the on-site registration booths at the Disneyland Hotel. See below for on-site registration details.
Onsite Registration
Regular registration fees apply. Online credit card processing will be available through Event Brite. Processing fees apply. Cash and checks will also be accepted. Onsite registration will take place in the Center Lounge of the Disneyland Hotel during the following times:

Disney Time
AMSA’s Convention programming on Friday, March 12, will be ending at 4:00 pm to give attendees the opportunity to explore Downtown Disney, Disneyland® Park or Disney's California Adventure® Park without having to miss any programming. If you register by Feb. 8, you have the option of purchasing a Disney Twilight ticket with your AMSA convention registration. Tickets will be attached to your name badge. Disney Twilight tickets are valid for one day, starting at 4:00 pm to either Disneyland® Park or Disney's California Adventure® Park. No ticket is necessary to visit Downtown Disney.
Full-day and Park Hopper passes can be purchased directly from Disney at www.tiny.cc/amsapasskey. Note: These tickets must be printed out at the time of online purchase. AMSA is not responsible for the purchase of any full-day and park-hopper purchases.

Cancellation & Waivers
Cancellation
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to cclarke@amsa.org and must be received by Feb. 19, 2010. Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. Cancellations are subject to a $25 cancellation fee. Registration fees will be forfeited for any person who does not cancel by the deadline as certain costs will already have been committed or paid. No partial refunds will be given for functions not attended. Allowable refunds are made within 14 days following the close of the convention.
Photograph/Video Release
AMSA has official photographers/videographers for the meeting. Photographs/video taken at AMSA’s 60th Annual Convention may be used in future marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising and training activities for AMSA. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow AMSA to use the photographs/video—which may include you—in all media formats worldwide.
Waiver of Liability
Each individual attending AMSA’s 60th Annual Convention assumes all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in all on- and off-site activities that occur during this time. By registering for this meeting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMSA and its governing bodies, officers and employees from all loss, damage or liability arising out of or related to your attendance and participation at AMSA’s 60th Annual Convention.
