Registration fees include:

  • Admittance to all on-site programs, events and exhibit hall
  • Meeting materials (to be picked up at onsite registration)
  • Light Lunch on Friday and Saturday

*Registration does not include travel or hotel reservations.

Cancellation & Waivers

Cancellation

All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via e-mail to cclarke@amsa.org by February 3, 2013 to receive a partial refund (cancellations are subject to a $75 cancellation fee). Telephone cancellations will not be accepted. If you would like to transfer your convention registration to another person, please e-mail cclarke@amsa.org. Cancellations after February 3, 2013 are not refundable.

Photograph/Video Release

AMSA has official photographers/videographers for this meeting. Photographs/video taken at AMSA's Annual Convention may be used in future marketing, publicity, promotions, advertising and training activities for AMSA. By registering for this meeting, you agree to allow AMSA to use the photographs/video—which may include you—in all media formats worldwide.  

Waiver of Liability

Each individual attending AMSA's Annual Convention assumes all risks associated with his/her attendance and participation in all on- and off-site activities that occur during this time. By registering for this meeting, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless AMSA and its governing bodies, officers and employees from all loss, damage or liability arising out of or related to your attendance and participation at AMSA's Annual Convention.
