Plus One Initiative

On average, U.S. medical schools spend 3.5 hours on LGBT health curriculum. The Plus One Initiative is a national campaign to add one hour of LGBT health curriculum to every medical school through student-based initiatives and formal curriculum development. Post your school's additional hour(s) of LGBT health programming by adding it to your school's listing in the National Chapter Network. Contact lgbt.education@amsa.org for more information or if you need your chapter's user name and password.
