Want FREE pins? Receive up to 40 "Straight but Not Narrow" or 20 Rainbow Caduceus Pins for your LGBT Health event absolutely FREE!
If your AMSA Chapter or LGBT Local Chapter (U.S. or Canada only) runs an LGBT Health event, either by creating your own lunchtime lecture or using an event from our Project-in-a-Box webpage, we will send you up to 40 pins for FREE to help promote your event, as a token of our appreciation.
If you are an LGBT Local Chapter, YOU MUST be registered on the LGBTPM Chapter Network. Registration is free and easy! Make sure the event for which you are applying for pins is included in your chapter event info on the network! Note: Registration on the network does not mean your LGBT Chapter must be affiliated with your local AMSA Chapter, nor must you sacrifice any independence. (Officially recognized AMSA Chapters need not register on the network to receive pins.)
TO RECEIVE your FREE pins, simply submit the application below and AMSA will ship your chapter any one of the following 3 pin packages within the week!
- Package 1: 20 Rainbow Caduceus Pins FREE
- Package 2: 40 "Straight but Not Narrow" Pins FREE
- Package 3: 10 Rainbow Caduceus and 30 "Straight but Not Narrow" Pins FREE"
TO QUALIFY for the free pins, your chapter will be expected to submit the summary below within 3 weeks AFTER your LGBT Health event, which includes the following:
- A summary of your LGBT Health event
- An Email of support from your Faculty Advisor
- Copies of flyers and Emails used to promote the event (optional)
Rainbow Caduceus Pins are for LGBT and Straight Allied medical students (supplies are limited)!

Complete this application PRIOR to your LGBT Health event to receive FREE pins! Due to limited resources, the Rainbow Pin Challenge gives priority to those applicants that have not previously received free pins.
RAINBOW PIN CHALLENGE - EVENT SUMMARY
Complete this summary within 3 weeks AFTER your LGBT Health event! Send email of support and any copies of flyers and/or emails used to promote your event to gender.chair@amsa.org.
