The AMSA Business Card
Are you an AMSA member, a Chapter Officer or a National Leader? Do you interact with deans, doctors, or anyone else as a representative of AMSA? Show them your Passion, Professionalism and Pride by handing them your AMSA Business Card!
The editable business card template, available here, will allow you to enter your important information and submit it to your local print shop or an on-line printer. (We like PSPrint here for many of our printing needs, but there are other on-line print vendors available.) You need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader to open and edit the file. If you do not have Acrobat Reader, you can download it from www.adobe.com for free.
Filling in the card is easy. Just click on the blank field and type in the information. There are two sets of editable fields. The upper left-hand corner allows room for your contact information and a field below the AMSA logo allows room for your school.
The upper left-hand corner has 4 lines available and we recommend including the following:
- Your name on the first line in AMSA blue
- Your title or position within AMSA
- Your position term years (ie. 2010-2012)
- Your email address
The text boxes can accommodate longer lines of information, and will shrink the text to allow it to fit. If you type in too much information on a line, a plus sign will appear, letting you know that the text has extended past the limit and must be shortened to fit.

The back of the business card also has many effective uses to help promote AMSA, your chapter and you. Examples include:
- The web address to your school
- The web address to your AMSA Chapter
- The mailing address to your department
- Use any of the examples shown here if you like
There you have it! A card that is easy to fill in, gives you additional gravitas when interacting with your peers, and shows your Passion, Professionalism and Pride as a member and leader within AMSA.
